Ford says the stock balancer bolt is a ONE TIME USE fastener, so always replace your bolt/washer when installing a harmonic balancer. This is the correct longer thread bolt that is recommended for the BHJ balancers, along with a new appropriate washer.
These are "Must Have" items when going with the great BHJ balancers!
