Conditions of use

Welcome to the Super Coupe Performance, LLC website. By using the website and its related services, products, and software (collectively, the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these terms ("Conditions of Use"). You also accept the Conditions of Use when you create an account, sign in as a guest, or log in to the site. Additional or separate terms may apply to your interactions with Super Coupe Performance and to your use of individual services or features available on the Site, such as reviews. To the extent that the provisions of any additional terms conflict with these Conditions of Use, the provisions of the additional terms will govern. We may make changes to the Site and the Conditions of Use. It is your responsibility to review the Conditions of Use for updates or changes. If you do not agree with the Conditions of Use, you should not use the Site.

Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING applies to most items on the SCP site (on orders totaling $99 or more) and is applicable to customers within the contiguous 48 states.  These items will clearly be marked with the "Free Shipping" green button within an items description.  UPS Ground or US Postal Service will be used at the discretion of the shipper.  Customers outside the contiguous 48 states will incur fair and customary shipping costs to their destination.  If you would like a shipping quote prior to placing your order please call us.  On small items that are less than $99 the shipping cost can vary depending upon the package weight, size, and destination.

We do offer numerous oversize/heavy items on the site also such as Fiberglass Hoods, Body Kits, Wheels, Exhaust Systems & Headers, etc. where shipping costs can vary greatly depending upon the destination.   Therefore, these items will be shipped via the best possible method and shipping/handling/insurance charges will apply to these orders.

For your security and ours we prefer to ship to the billing address that is on file at the customers credit card provider unless you have an alternate "ship to" address on file with your card provider.  No product will be shipped until payment has been received in full.

Packages with a higher value will typically be sent "Adult signature required" to verify receipt.   We ship daily to anywhere within the USA or Canada using the United Parcel Service (UPS). UPS Ground is assumed to be the shipping method. If expedited service is required, then please call us to place your order! Orders outside the USA or Canada should be placed via phone or email as payment & shipping methods should be agreed upon. 

The customer is responsible for inspecting their entire shipment immediately upon delivery. You must call us within 7 days of delivery if an item is either damaged or missing.   This ensures we have ample time to process your claim and resolve your issue in a timely and efficient manner.   No claims can be made after a week.

The customer is responsible for costs associated with an address correction if they provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.   These costs are nominal, but will be $10 to $15.  The customer is not able to forward a package to another address.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks, money orders, cashiers checks, and bank wire transfers. Allow 10 - 15 days for personal checks to clear.  Sorry, no CODs.  A printed receipt is always provided for your records.  This will be folded inside your package, emailed or mailed to you if your purchased item was drop shipped.

Credits usually post to your account within one billing cycle. Credits will not be issued if a product goes on sale after it has been purchased.

Order Cancellation Policy:  All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Once a credit card is ran we do incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed there are no fees.   Once the order is processed you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee (not to exceed $25) before credit is issued.

If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policy shown below.  The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.

Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.

Return Policy

We will accept returns of most standard items as long as they are in their original boxes and are in unused/like new condition within 60 days of the invoice date. Shipping charges are not refundable.  Although shipping on most items is "included" in the price of a item an appropiate amount for actual shipping will be deducted from the refundable amount on a returned item.   A 20% restocking fee (less appropiate shipping charge) will be applied to allowable returns within the 60 day period. Special order, non stock items such as supercharger/intercooler kits, exhaust systems, transmissions and transmission components, clutch/flywheel components, Griffin radiators, fiberglass hoods, headers, wheels, etc. are nonrefundable as they may have been individually produced for a very specific car/year/transmission application. Please call us first to inquire about any return.

Warranties

Some aftermarket parts are not legal for use on emissions controlled vehicles.  All products are sold subject to the manufacturer's warranty guidelines.   Super Coupe Performance does not provide additional or extended warranties.  Purchaser understands, agrees and assumes all risk and liability resulting from selection, installation and/or use of services performed, products manufactured and/or goods sold. In no event shall Super Coupe Performance, LLC be responsible for incidental or consequential damages, property damage, personal injury damages or death, including, without limitation, lost profits, directly or indirectly arising out of or resulting from any service performed, products manufactured and/or goods sold by Super Coupe Performance, LLC.   No officer, director, employee or salesman of Super Coupe Performance, LLC or any of its vendors, dealers or distributors has any authority to make any statements contrary to what is herein above written.

Your use of the site is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review the policy for more on how we collect and use information.

Errors on Our Site

We try to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other Site content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Prices and promotions are subject to change. We cannot confirm the availability or price of an item until you place your order.  For any of these reasons, we may cancel your order or we may contact you for instructions on the order.

Our order confirmation to you does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. At any time after receipt of your order, we may accept, decline, or place quantity or other limits on your order for any reason. We may impose these limits on a per-person, per-household, per-order, or any other basis. If we reject, limit, or otherwise modify your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you provide to us. If we cancel an order or part of an order that we've already charged you for, we'll refund you the full amount of the canceled portion of the order.

All content included on or comprising the Site, including information, data, software, photographs, graphs, videos, typefaces, graphics, music, sounds, and other material (collectively "Content"), is protected by copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary rights, and these rights are valid and protected in all forms, media and technologies existing now or developed in the future. All Content is protected as a collective work under U.S. and international copyright laws, and Super Coupe Performance owns, to the fullest extent allowed by such laws, the copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement, and enhancement of all Content. You may use the Site and the Content only for noncommercial, personal use. You must retain all copyright, trademark and other proprietary notices contained in any Site material you use, and you may not modify or alter the material, copy or post the material on any network computer, or broadcast the material in any media.

Unless we separately give you permission, you may not copy, scrape, frame, modify, remove, delete, augment, add to, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, lease or rental of, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part.

The Super Coupe Performance logos and other trademarks on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are owned by, licensed to, or, where required, used with permission by Super Coupe Performance and may not be reproduced, copied, or manipulated in any manner without the express, written approval of the trademark owner.

Reviews, Comments, Communications, and Other User-Generated Content

You may interact with the Site and Super Coupe Performance in numerous ways, including Reviews and Ratings, Videos, Questions and Answers, Community Forums, and e-mail communication. You hereby grant Super Coupe Performance a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, modify, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, delete, and distribute any information (except order information sent via e-mail or phone) or materials you send to us throughout the world in any media. You also grant us the right to use the name you use when you submit content to us, in connection with that content.

When you submit content to us, you will disclose any affiliation you have and you will not submit anything that contains harmful computer code, references other websites, or is false, misleading, illegal, defamatory, libelous, hateful, racist, biased, threatening, or harassing.
