PLEASE READ THESE AGREEMENT TERMS CAREFULLY

Layaway Period – Orders may be placed on layaway for a maximum period of one year. Customers have the option of paying the layaway order balance in full at any time prior to the completion of the one year layaway period.  Be sure to add it to your calendar so you don't forget!

Payment Terms – Orders placed on layaway require at least 20% down payment plus applicable taxes (Ohio residents only) and shipping charges, if applicable, for the order.   Subsequent payments shall be a minimum of 10% of the original amount and are under the control of the customer.

Eligibility - Item or items of $300 or more may qualify for the layaway program.

Allowed Forms of Payment – Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, personal check, or money order.

Discounts - No further online discounts of any kind may be used in conjunction with a layaway order.  The pricing originally agreed to is the final price.

Refunds – Layaway deposit, payments and related charges are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Returns/Exchanges/Shipping - Returns or exchanges are not accepted on layaway orders. Please be sure you review the item description and photos thoroughly before making a purchase.  Once the Layaway total cost is paid in full all items will then be shipped.  No partial shipments.

Expiration/Cancellation – Any layaway balance not paid upon expiration of the one year layaway period will result in the cancellation of your order and forfeiture of your deposit, payments and related charges.
