Eliminate deflection in your rear suspension spindles with our new UHMW bushing kit. These have proven to be a major help to eliminate wheel hop also as the rear spindles can bounce front to back, as well as up and down during extremely hard take offs in a upgraded car. These bushing are a direct replacement for the softer rubber Knuckle (also called the rear spindle) bushings that typically are degraded by 100,000 miles.
Includes:
- Two upper bushing/washer/sleeve assemblies (one for each side)
- Four lower bushing/washer/sleeve assemblies (two for each side
NOTE: SCP does offer a polyurethane version of these exact bushings also but the poly material should be considered a stock type replacement material as it does still allow nearly as much movement as rubber bushings. If you are building a performance setup then the UMHW material is PROVEN to be a huge upgrade over the poly material.
Add our polyurethane differential bushings to firm up your rear pumpkin too. See the "Driveline and Transmission" section for this great item. We also have SOLID RUBBER Engine and Transmission Mounts available too for most applications. Replace those fluid filled mounts and upgrade to the best for your car.
NOTE: These bushings will fit ANY '89 - '97 T-Bird, Cougar, and '93 - '98 Lincoln Mark VIII with rear disc or drum brakes.
