Your upper control arms are likely shot if you have over 100K miles on your car or the the rubber grease seals are also likely torn requiring replacement.
You are buying one left side upper control arm with this purchase. Buy a right side upper arm also if you want a complete set.
Note, if you have converted your Mark to a conventional spring suspension then we recommend you go to the Tbird/Cougar section to purchase the upper arms for these vehicles as they are the same, but without the ride height sensor trigger, and they are less expensive.
